Unlike physical consumer merchandise, digital marketing deliverables, published business directory listings, search engine citations, and custom source codes cannot be physically retrieved, re-stocked, or undone once published on the Internet.
2. Revision & Rectification Commitment
We are dedicated to total client satisfaction. In lieu of conventional returns, we offer comprehensive revision and correction support:
- Directory Listing Revisions: Clients can update, modify, or edit their listing information, contact numbers, address, and category directly via their dashboard or by requesting our support team at no extra fee.
- Website Designing Revisions: For custom web development packages, clients receive up to 2 rounds of design revisions during the staging and approval phase prior to final deployment.
- Report Discrepancies: If any submission link in an SEO report fails verification, our team will re-submit or replace the link within 7 business days free of charge.
3. Non-Returnable Third-Party Fees
Certain digital assets purchased on behalf of the client cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances due to registrar policies:
- Domain Name Registrations & Transfers (ICANN / .in / .com registry).
- Dedicated Server / Web Hosting space allocations already activated.
- SSL Certificates and commercial third-party software licenses.
